1. Acceptance

By accessing and using our services, you confirm you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

We provide NFC-enabled physical cards and a hosted digital profile for sharing contact details, links, and media. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features to enhance security and reliability. Device compatibility: NFC performance depends on the recipient device; not all devices/browsers support NFC or all features.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• Provide accurate registration and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share, resell, or transfer accounts without our consent.

4. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Prohibited uses include malware, phishing, spam, hate or violent content, IP violations, and attempts to bypass security. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

5. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

Prices may change; taxes/duties are your responsibility. Orders for customized items (e.g., engraved/printed cards) are produced based on your approved design and cannot be edited after the production cutoff.

6. Subscriptions & Renewal

Hosted profile features may be subscription-based. Unless cancelled before renewal, your plan may auto-renew for the next term at the then-current price. Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of hosted content.

7. Production, Shipping & Risk

Production timelines are estimates; courier delays are outside our control. Inspect items upon delivery and notify us of defects within the window stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the platform, site, and trademarks. You retain rights to your uploaded content and grant us a limited license to host and display it to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or universal NFC/device compatibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the affected service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal reasons. Upon termination, access to hosted content may cease and data may be deleted per our policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
