Return & Refund Policy
Effective: 25 August, 2025
We aim to be fair and transparent with cancellations, returns, and refunds for both physical NFC cards and hosted digital services.
1. Cancelling Orders
- Before Production: You may cancel a customized card order before production begins for a full refund.
- After Production Start: Customized items cannot be cancelled or edited once production has started.
- For help, email info@digitalvisitingcardbd.com with your order number.
2. Money-Back Window (Digital Services)
New subscriptions for hosted profile features may include a 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchases if the service is unused or there is a critical issue we cannot resolve. Renewals and add-ons are not eligible.
3. Returns — Physical NFC Cards
- Defective/DOA: If your card arrives damaged or non-functional, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video for a replacement or refund.
- Custom/Personalized: Due to personalization, these items are not refundable unless defective.
- Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized/engraved/printed cards after production start.
- Used or activated NFC tags without a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping, handling, rush fees, and duties/taxes.
- Setup/activation fees and third-party licenses.
5. Compatibility
NFC reading depends on the recipient device and settings. Lack of NFC on a recipient’s device is not considered a product defect.
6. How to Request a Return/Refund
- Email info@digitalvisitingcardbd.com with order number, reason, and evidence (for defects).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions if applicable.
- After inspection/verification, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (provider timelines may vary).
Please back up any content before cancelling digital services—access may end immediately once processed.
7. Chargebacks
Contact us first to resolve billing issues. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and could lead to account review or temporary suspension.
